Childcare at EPSC2026

EPSC values the presence of young children and their parents during the conference and provides childcare free-of-charge for children aged <1-14 years. The children (together in a mixed-age group) will be supervised by nannies from our childcare Double Daycare in a room at the Filmhuis, which is located conveniently across the street from the conference venue Amare.

Childcare is available from Monday to Friday (7-11 September 2026) in timeslots from 8:00-13:00 and 13:00-18:00 hrs.

Please note that bookings will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum capacity is 10 children at any given time. Drinks and snacks are included; parents are requested to take their children out for lunch and enjoy some fresh air.

Activities & more information

Double Daycare provides a variety of different activities and different themes each day to make sure your child will have the best time ever! We set up our POP-UP event childcare, which right away excites all kids to come in and have fun. We offer activities such as painting, arts & crafts, music & movement, board games, story time, Lego and many more! Besides this we offer group games, physical activities and dramatic play. We provide activities appropriate for each age group, using safe and sturdy equipment. Children can make their own choices within the Double Daycare program. Breastfeeding

Do you need a quiet space to nurse your baby? The venue has a quiet room available for breastfeeding and caring for small infants, with bathrooms nearby. More information will be provided closer to the meeting.
