We are committed to removing barriers to participation to make EPSC2026 an inclusive and accessible event for all participants. If you have any accessibility requirements or questions, please contact us at epsc@copernicus.org as early as possible so that we can work with you to identify appropriate solutions.

Venue mobility

The conference venue is wheelchair accessible. For more information about access to the venue and mobility within the venue, please visit the Venue page.

Communication Accessibility and Presentations

There are measures in place to make presentations easier to follow for everyone, including:

  • Each lecture room is equipped with microphones for the speaker and for the attendees to ask questions during the Q&A.
  • The online streaming has captioning activated.
  • The participants are encouraged to prepare their oral and poster presentations whilst considering legibility and clarity, which includes font sizes, colorblind-proof colors, and presenting speed. For details, see the

Dietary Requirements

All food served at AMARE during EPSC2026 is either vegetarian or vegan, and the latter is labeled as such.

For all the coffee breaks and offered snacks during EPSC2026, common dietary restrictions have been considered. Ingredients will always be displayed alongside all food items.

Lactation and Family Facilities

A room for nursing mothers is available. Please request access to the room at the portier of the AMARE building.

Childcare service is offered by a certified childcare company. Details on how to sign up are listed on the childcare page.

Quiet Room / Sensory Considerations

There are quiet rooms available to those who require stepping away from the conference. This room can also be used for prayers or meditation. To access the room, please get in touch with the team at the registration desk.

Prayer room

There is a dedicated prayer room at AMARE. Please request access to the room at the portier of the AMARE building. Alternatively, a quiet room could also be used for prayer; see above.
